Was unable to talk to him left a message saying hello and giving the info on the new Web site. Had a wonderful long talk with his Mother and she said to God Bless us all. Jack, I was the firecontrolman in the 25 radarrm next to the chart house. I was Located accross from the radioroom. Spent 90% of my time aboard in that room. I was the one who did the Vargus art Work for the second class sm2 Varner D.D. that Capt. Smith discovered in a Ships inspection which got a scare for both Varner and I. Scotty

Shipmates, it has been quite awhile since I graced these pages. Fell Sept. 28 2008, was told by doctors If I didn't have the shattered low back (which was cutting into my nerves to my legs)operated on, I would be in a wheelchair with in 4 months. I had the Lumbar vertebra s one to the tail bone. Was under the knife for seven hours they put as internal brace, Three bars, 12 2 1/2inch screws and artificial disc in 2,3,4,5 lumbar making me almost 2 inchs taller. I am 97 percent straighter, taller, and have no more pain in my back. But sometimes with the good you get some bad. Having nothing to do with the surgery I lost my right foot nerve that controls the lifting motor muscles. So I had to learn how to rebalance myself. I am saying hello to everyone of you. Back into my art, web site back up(MineralArtbyscott.com
